· NIM will assist you in designing a part that will be easier to design and build. We will work with your designers and engineers to make sure that you get not only a molded part, but also one that will have the lowest total cost over the life of the product.

· NIM designers are capable of working with all CAD files.

· NIM molds are designed to be very rugged. Because they are designed and built to exacting standards, they will perform at a high level of output and minimum downtime for maintenance.

· Multi-cavity molds designed and built by NIM have a built-in hidden value that is not found in the average LOW PRICE mold builder. All parts have a tolerance range. NIM ensures that not only their molds are built to print tolerances, but also that the individual cavities are built so all cavities produce the part within a very narrow range within your tolerance.

· At NIM, we offer and encourage our customers to take advantage of our ability to provide samples from your new mold. Thermoset injection molds are sampled in house in our state of the art Bucher Injection Molding Press. All other molds can be sampled in associated professional molding shops in the area.

· NIM molds are repairable. Your design is kept on file. Any problem that you may encounter that requires a new cavity can be quickly satisfied. Since we build multi-cavity molds that have interchangeable cavities, we can supply replacements that will slip into you frame no problems and produce the same part.
